We provide all treatments in the luxury of your own home, hotel, office or wherever you would like us to come to. We also cater for events such as a girls night in, weddings, hen nights and more.
AREAS COVERED
We cover all London areas, Essex & Kent. We are based in Clapham so bookings outside of the London area may incur a call out fee so please get in touch to enquire about this.
BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS & PROCEDURE
All bookings are subject to a consultation and in some cases a patch test when required. All client bookings will be confirmed via email. We require an up-to-date and correct email from you at the time of booking in order for us to confirm your service. We would ask that you cooperate when asked for your email and contact details. In your confirmation email you will be given full details of your appointment, treatment, it's requirements and aftercare advice.
CANCELLATIONS
Agape Treatments does enforce a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment. Where notice is not given, you are liable for the full amount of your booking, this must be settled before any future bookings.
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit may be required when booking to secure your appointment, the remaining balance should be settled once your appointment is complete; this is a non-refundable deposit.
